Born and raised in South Florida, I am a lifelong local with firsthand knowledge of Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Miami-Dade County, and Palm Beach County. I grew up in Golden Beach and now live in Fort Lauderdale’s Croissant Park neighborhood, giving me a personal understanding of the communities and lifestyle that make South Florida unique.
I am the Managing Broker and Founder of Perfect Properties of Florida Real Estate, a boutique brokerage serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout South Florida. My experience includes luxury real estate, waterfront homes, residential sales, commercial properties, investment acquisitions, and relocation.
As a Florida-licensed real estate broker and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), I provide clients with local market knowledge, data-informed pricing guidance, strategic marketing, due-diligence support, and skilled negotiation. For waterfront buyers and sellers, I also help evaluate considerations such as dockage, seawalls, bridge restrictions, water depth, flood exposure, insurance, permits, and access to the Intracoastal Waterway and ocean.
My community involvement provides an additional perspective on neighborhood priorities, zoning, development, and long-term property value. I serve as President of the Croissant Park Civic Association and as a member of the City of Fort Lauderdale Board of Adjustment.
